Our management philosophy is based on responsibility and mutual respect; Managers wear many hats, and we at Lion First serve as coaches, leaders, trainers, disciplinarians and advisors. In order to handle numerous demands, our managers have been trained in all aspects of service delivery and safety, including human relations, leadership skills, performance guidelines, incident reporting and tracking, day-to-day liaison responsibilities and summary reporting to our clients.
We have an environment that encourages creativity and personal achievements; Managers will also attend professional training programs on their coaching and motivational abilities, supervisory techniques and front-line leadership to make sure that our clients are given an opportunity to continually maintain a professional and a positive bond.
